Monaghan Lost With Lost


HOLLYWOOD - Lost star Dominic Monaghan is upset with the executives behind the TV drama--because he fears they've upset fans by ruining the concept of the series.

The Lord of the Rings star accepts no one had any idea the show would become a phenomenon, but even he's growing tired of the plot twists and turns that have turned fans against Lost.

He says, "They (writers) had a beginning and then they had an ending and the studio says, ‘Can you expand the middle?' That kinda gets you to a point where it's not as exciting.

"I'd like them to do four or maybe five great seasons and then we'll do, like, a couple of movies and it'll be like a big event.

"Stringing it out and losing the quality is not what we want."
